Job description

We are seeking a new team member to provide implementation, consulting and support services to our growing client base:

Manage and perform implementations of MYOB Advanced

Provide ongoing consulting services to our customers including project scoping, upgrades, training, customisation design and other improvement initiatives.

Telephone support, remote support and on-site support.

The following skills and experience will help qualify you for this position:

Requirements (Must have)

Accounting / Business / Management or related qualification.

Onsite ERP implementation experience (management from start to finish of projects) with Mid-Tier Solutions.

Demonstrated experience in Project Management in a software environment.

Must be a self-starter.

Experience with CRM’s, Databases, SQL, Reporting.

Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Demonstrated experience in producing Business Blueprint documentation.

MYOB Advanced certification.

Excellent references.
